實際上焊接變位機在使用壽命的長短上，以及生產(chǎn)率方面的高低等，不僅取決于工件的重量和正確的定位以外，還和變位機在加載的電流上有關(guān)系，變位機可以直接將工件進行回轉(zhuǎn)和傾斜，保證整個焊縫可以始終處于水平的焊接位置，而且變位機自身還屬于高能和通用的，可以實現(xiàn)環(huán)縫焊接的一款焊接設(shè)備，可以和氬弧焊的送絲機、等離子的焊機、熔化極氣體的保護焊機、以及焊機的電源等組合成自動的焊接系統(tǒng)。
